Usage:

Peel cushions off their protective film and place into the flip flop of the sandals smoothly, tapered end facing ball. If pad become unstuck, wash it and it will stuck again.

The heel cushion simulates the fatty tissue under the heel to provide excellent shock absorption during heel strike. The central honeycomb portion further relieves the central heel; pressure especially for the case of heel pain.
